Planning and ordering

It all starts with imagination.

The order process could not be more straightforward, and if partners know exactly what is required it is as simple as calling or emailing the order directly through to us. No contracts are required and, after confirmation is received, regular customers can then just sit back and wait for delivery. New customers will be contacted and, once payment has been discussed, can enjoy the same reassurance.

If partners are looking for more inspiration, Special Occasion Linen offer a full sample and design consultation service. And if help is needed to select from over 30 solid, brilliant colours, or a bespoke tone is desired for an event scheme, our experts will advise and support through the ordering process.

Linens for any occasion

The highest quality, the finest backdrop.

A perfectly handpicked, individually pressed, linen selection is now in place. Use the tablecloth to create a base to your table, and add napkins for a subtle hint or even a bold pop of colour. Include a runner to offer a layer of colour and texture to the table, linking the elements, crisscrossing two on a round table, or running a single down the length on a rectangular.

Our expert advisors will be happy to advise on layout, and will be on hand throughout should they be needed. For regular hire partners we can even arrange for training for events or housekeeping staff, with ad hoc sessions for new staff. All customers can access simple-to-use instructions for everything from tying a chair sash to laying out a table.

Once the event is over, all hired linens need to be returned, and our handy forms and pre-labelled Returns Bags make it easy to pack up all the dirty linen ready for our courier partners to collect the following day.

Seamless efficiency.

With potentially hundreds of pieces arriving at the event venue, first class logistics are key in ensuring a seamless handover of selected linens. Each order is hand checked and pressed before packing it by room, or event, as arranged with us. Every delivery arrives from our trusted courier partner and includes a delivery note for reassurance, along with a returns note and pre-labelled and paid for Returns Bag.

We strive to meet a partners exact needs and even 24-hour delivery is possible for that last minute or emergency order. We can arrange Saturday or specific time delivery (our standard delivery is named day, between 8am and 6pm) for a small surcharge, and guarantee the quality of every single order. We want partners to feel as confident in our product as we do so ask that, when they are received, each bag is checked and approved, to ensure that any issues can be resolved as quickly as possible.
