The London Summer Event Show is a boutique exhibition that brings together a mix of the best summer venues and suppliers with hundreds of top event buyers. The theme for 2020 is Summer Olympics inspired by the games taking place in Tokyo, Japan this summer. To help visitors maintain the high energy levels required for networking; complimentary breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided to everyone at the Show.
The Shows split event format consists of an evening event exclusively for Event Agents (4.30pm-8.30pm, Tuesday 21st January 2020) and a full day event dedicated to Corporate Event Buyers (8.30am-5.30pm, Wednesday 22nd January 2020). Special Occasion Linen will join over 150 event suppliers such as LUX technical, Awesome Events and YES Entertainment along with many prestigious venues such as Goodwood, Somerset House and Savoy Place.
There will be a number of workshops and seminars that will take place during both the Agent’s Evening and the Corporate Buyers’ Day. To tie in with the ‘Summer Olympics’ Show Theme there will be Key-Note seminar speech by Paralympic basketball player and TV personality, Ade Adepitan, as well as seminar talks on creativity, new venues, sustainability, event strategy and more. The 2020 workshop programme includes some Japanese inspired sessions such as Sake Tasting and Origami for Mindfulness. There will also be a roundtable session on sustainability and for those who like to get creative an Olympic Cake decorating class.
